Cohen wooden bow tie, handcrafted, 100% made in Italy, stamped with the Woodillon mark.
This bow tie was inspired by the artist Leonard Cohen, who is said to have "buried his first work of art inside a bow tie." As the story goes, in 1944, after his father's death, young Leonard unstitched one of his bow ties, slipped a small note inside, and buried it beneath the snow in his garden in Montreal. Cohen himself later revealed that he spent twenty years searching for that note, never to find it again.
Crafted from cherry wood, the Cohen bow tie suits any occasion, from the most formal to the everyday. The leather knot is available in a range of colours.
It features an adjustable hook closure, comfortable and effortless to fasten. The product can also be personalised — get in touch to find out more.
