What shipping methods are available?
All orders are shipped via express courier.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide via express courier.
How much does shipping cost?
Free in Italy above €60, in Europe above €90, and worldwide above €120. Below these thresholds, the cost depends on the order weight (shown live in your cart). Any customs fees for non-EU shipments are the recipient's responsibility.
Payments
Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay
You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, American Express and all major cards, or with Apple Pay/Google Pay if supported by your device. Payments are securely processed by Stripe over SSL.
PayPal
Select PayPal at checkout and confirm with your account, or pay by card without needing a PayPal account.
Bank transfer
After placing your order you'll receive an email with our bank details. We hold items for 10 days; it may take up to 5 business days for the payment to be registered. Always include your order number as the payment reference.
Orders and Returns
How do I return an item?
You have 15 days from delivery to return an item. Email us at info@woodillon.it to start the process. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging with tags. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the return; return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Email us right away at info@woodillon.it with a photo. We'll issue a full refund (shipping excluded) once the item is returned.
