You have 15 days from delivery to return an item you're not happy with.
How it works
- Email us at info@woodillon.it with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and tags, unused and undamaged.
- Ship it to the address we'll provide by email.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund you within 10 business days. The product cost is refunded; return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, email us within 15 days with a photo: we'll issue a full refund, including shipping.
Note: customized items (e.g. with engraving) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
